1. Refund Eligibility

Since we sell digital virtual goods (eFootball Coins), all sales are generally final. Once the coins have been successfully delivered to your Player ID, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Refund Exceptions

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • The order was not delivered within 24 hours due to a technical error on our side.
  • You made a double payment for the same order by mistake.
  • The product is currently out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the request.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provided an incorrect Player ID (UID) or other details and the order was fulfilled to that ID.
  • You changed your mind after the order was already processed and delivered.
  • Your game account is banned or suspended by the game developer for reasons unrelated to our service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your Order ID and proof of payment. We will review your request and process valid refunds within 3-5 business days.
